The contract between us:
The contract for purchases made through the website will be with Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Payment Details
Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD accepts payment by Most Major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Availability of Goods You Order
If Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD from your Preferred Payment Method will be re-credited to your account and Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of your order. Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. In the event of a shortage or mispacked item or should you wish to return any unwanted item please inform us within 3 working days of the receipt of the goods. Please also note that non stock items that are specially ordered will Attract a 20% Handling charge if we are not at fault. All return carriage will be the responsibility of the customer unless we are at fault in which case we will arrange collection or pay the return cost. All goods must be in the original packaging and unused new and saleable condition. Returns must be received by us within 14 days.
Changes to this agreement
Bournemouth Kawasaki LTD reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
